Breakfast foods aren't just for the first meal of the day. These delicious roll-ups fit perfectly in a lunch box or make the perfect afternoon snack. These would also make a fun and easy treat for breakfast on Christmas morning after opening all those presents!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package breakfast sausage, cooked¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†¬†BUY NOW
  • 10 slices of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp¬†milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the bread crusts2. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread3. Place sausage on one end of the bread and roll up, pressing down the edge to hold it firmly in place
4. Repeat until all sausages are rolled up
5. Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl.6. Dip each roll-up in egg mixture
7. Pan fry until all sides are golden brown

 Tip: Use leftover egg mixture and the discarded bread crusts to make french toast sticks!
