The T*one was amazing!!

When I went to the Farmer's Market I bought a frozen grass-fed T-bone but wanted to wait until I could have it with mushrooms after the 11-day Shred. OMG, childhood memories of T-bone with dad. And the meat along the bone! Dad and I used to fight over that bone to chew on! Most tender amazing meat since childhood and will get another one. I have meals with this for the next 2 nights too! Thank you, Dad, for teaching me how to cook and enjoy steak, this one's for you in heaven!
