Grass-fed and grass-finished, Hereford and Angus crossed beef. Our cows enjoy a nutritious pasture mix of legumes and grasses. They are finished on an organic alfalfa grass mix, giving the meat a sweet flavor and beautiful fat content. Our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers.
