Watermelon Mimosa

Ingredients
5 cups of peeled watermelon cut into small pieces
2 cups orange juice
1 bottle of chilled champagne
2 Tbsp honey
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions
1. Blend the watermelon chunks and honey with the orange juice until smooth.Â
2. Chill until ready to serve.
3. Pour the mixture into champagne flutes until 1/2 full. Add the champagne, pouring gently to avoid over flowing.
4. Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of watermelon. Enjoy!

**NA version. Leave out the champagne and replace with sparkling water.
