Cantaloupe & Cucumber Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Cantaloupe - 1 1/2 cups, peeled, chopped, and seeded
Honey - 2 Tbsp
Cucumber - 1 medium, peeled, chopped, and seeded
Mint (optional) - 2 Tbsp chopped
Plain Greek Yogurt - 1 Cup
Walnuts (optional) - 2 Tbsp chopped
Crushed Ice - 1 Cup

* For a sweeter smoothie, you can substitute the 1 cup yogurt for 1 cup plain vanilla ice cream
Combine all the ingredients into a blender minus the ice and blend until smooth. Once smooth, and the ice and blend until it is smooth and creamy.
Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber, cantaloupe, or fresh mint. Enjoy!
**Make it a cocktail by adding 3 ounces of either your favorite vodka, gin, or rum to the mixture before adding the ice.
