Broccoli and Cran-Raisin Salad

Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped medium
1 cup green onion, chopped
1.5 cups seedless raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon
2/3 cups shelled and toasted sunflower seeds
1/5 cups mayonnaise
4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt

Directions
1. Cover and soak the raisins and cranberries in water until they become plump, drain.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl until all ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients, including bacon, into the bowl that has the mayonnaise mixture.
4. Mix well and chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
